From the moment I walk into the office, I feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone on the team is kind, professional, and genuinely compassionate. Judith is always incredibly helpful with appointments and payments, making every visit stress-free. Gabi, my dental hygienist, has treated my case with exceptional professionalism, patience, and care, always making me feel I'm in the best hands. Although Adi hasn't treated me personally, her kindness and professionalism are evident. And Patricia's warm smile and friendly attitude always make me feel comfortable and like part of the family. Dr. Durán should be very proud of the amazing team she has built. Every single person in this office combines professionalism with genuine kindness, and that human touch means everything to me. I highly recommend this practice!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Duran and Dr. Adis. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I fully understood my treatment and felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office is very clean, organized, and welcoming. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive. From the moment I arrived until the end of my appointment, the level of care and customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Duran, Dr. Adis, and their team to anyone looking for a dental office that truly prioritizes patient care and professionalism.

Dr. Felicia Duran is a true professional!! On my very first visit she showed me that this was the type of Dental professional I could trust. She sat with me listening to my doubts and fares and made me feel comfortable and confident that she was the right choice to do the work that | so desperately needed. When I told her my dental history and after consultation I knew then that I made the right choice. The entire staff has been exceptional and I look forward for many more years of happy service by them. Thank you to all the fabulous team at Smiles by Duran continue to make your patients smile.
